PSX 2017 (PlayStation Experience 2017) is this weekend which means we get to see how Sony decides to end this year. This post will be talking what is expected and what is hope. We shall start first with Capcom.
What is expected that I am interested in is Street Fighter V and Marvel vs Capcom Infinite news. MVCI maybe a rumor but the fact that first DLC season character are out and over with shows us that it will be there and Capcom might want to talk about the future. The Same things goes for Street Fighter V. Not only are we expecting to see Arcade Edition but many are feeling we might see silhouettes for season 3 as we did last year.
The hope is that we get to hear about Devil May Cry V. A rumor but one that many feel are a fact especially with the way people are talking about. Still rumor though so it is a hope. We also have hopes for MVCI getting the a bigger roaster. This is a hope as we asking for X men characters. Something that depends on a deal which makes it even more of a hope.
What are expecting Lost Soul Aside. The action game we has fans excited yet we know very little about it. PSX is when the info dump will be as information as well as a playable demo of the game will be on the show floor. So what little we know should be clear up at least on how far it has been developed it.
At best is that we hear about Soul Caliber 6. This fighting game absences has been noticed and many believe that it is only because of them working on it. Will it turn out to be is the big question. We will have to find out.
What will also be there is Fighting EX Layers fans will get there hands on the game and see how this April fool tested game is doing. With another returning character confirmed fans will want to see how she and the others play. This should scratch that itch for those who want that SFEX itch gone.
A hope I have is that Darksiders 3 is shown on stage as at least a trailer. We had a big news burst before E3 and promised that we would hear about the game before the year is out. Well the year almost gone which means this promise is running out of time.
SNK has a rumor going for it with a new Neo Geo Battle Coliseum 2. The thing is that I don’t know if they are making it or if it will even be there. To announce the DLC for KOF XIV SNK had there own event. With the felling that the new DLC character isn’t the only one coming to the game. I am hoping we hear something but what that is can be many thing when it comes to it.
I will mentioned a slight chance of mention of Final Fantasy VII Remake but not likely. With all the hints we are getting it seems next year is the focus for the game. But all we need is a 2 to 3 minutes of a new trailer and fans will be thanking Square Enix for a nice present.
Last VR games zone of enders and gungrave will also be on my radar as to what we hear about them. ZOE is basically the 2nd game from the Jeuhty cockpit while gungrave is the 2nd game told and expanded. What that will be like is something we need.
