Youske Matsuda CEO of Square Enix is happy with how the Final Fantasy series has progressed in 2017 the 30 anniversary. But he is always looking to the future and promises fans that the series will always evolve.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fans of the Final Fantasy series. I’m pleased to see that after 30th years, everyone continues to love the franchise. On behalf of the company, alongside our gratitude towards everyone, we’ll prepare several anniversary events. Since we’ll continue to evolve the series from next year onward, thank you very much for your continued interest in the Final Fantasy franchise.”
We have no doubt Yosuke will do this as all Final Fantasy are different from the others anyway. But how will it be different especially after XV. Only the future can tell.
