Bleach is one of the oddest thing as we end the year with the title in limbo. If I have your attention lets look into this to see why some are saying 2018 might be the year of Bleach.
This year we learn that a live action movie is in the work for Bleach . Tite Kubo is on set to make sure the people do his beloved series justice. This after he wouldn’t allow Hollywood do it. This on top of a mobile game has fans thinking a animated return with the last arc.
For those who don’t know the anime ended right before they went into Quincy arc and ends with full bringer. Something that fans have been asking for but have yet to get it animated. One reason is that the team at Pierrot is as some are working on Boruto. Another reason is that Shueisha has not given the okay which leaves fans confused.
With Kubo doing a one shoot for Shonen fans are left not knowing where Bleach lies. We can’t say it is dead as the franchise still having active things going for it with novels, movie and game. Yet we can’t say it is alive as the franchise is material isn’t progressing. It is just being reused. This leaves some Bleach fans hoping to see the anime return. I hope so as well. It is just we don’t know and thus we look at 2018 as hopefully being the year of Bleach.
