Dragon Ball Super latest arc brings Gohan back to form with him regaining his mystic/ ultimate level. But seeing how we have the proud kid hows power was always bottomless have a power boost as a new level cap got me thinking. What if Gohan can go Super Saiyan Rose.
I say this that it seems to be part of his power and I think that is the cause of the old man secretly putting some Kai power in him which caused him to gain that strength. If that is the case then Gohan can become SSR if he managa to figure out how to combine the two. Remember he was technically able to go Super Saiayn in Majin Buu saga with this power but never did as he was told by the elder.
This gives him up to the level of Goku and Vegeta making him current and growing. Yet since he is Gohan he won’t use it to the same level as Zamasu. I know it is an idea that has been kicked around the internet for awhile but I can see it happening. It may if they decide to give Gohan more than just a return to form. I saw that as we were waiting for a new form to come out of Gohan this arc not just more power from his old form when Piccolo said he can push this further. Granted this a guess but lets not forget that it can lead to a new transformation entirely as well. But what do you think let me know. Below is fan made picture to get the point across.
