Fate/Extra Last Encore is the latest in the franchise to be animated. While voice actors who were in the game are coming back they do so not just to old character and story but something new. Hakuno Kishinami (Atsushi Abe), Saber (Sakura Tange), and Rin Tohsaka (Kana Ueda), Talk about how the new elements in the show give this a different feel then the PSP game they worked on.
Ueda “A lot of mysteries. A different kind of Fate story.” The reason for this is that there were a lot of things left in answered in the game and drama CD which some of them have worked.
Tange the voice behind saber felt boyish as she brought her to life through voice work. For the anime she notes with the way she moves they made her sound cute.
It is nice to know that when the work is all said and done that fans and actors alike will have something to watch and enjoy.
