Dragon Ball FighterZ Balance For Cross Ups

Dragon Ball FighterZ is getting a new patch. The new patch is for  the instant cross ups through snap back will be much hard to do. Basically as your character switches out they come flying in dragon dash to a launcher which sets them up for combos.  This is guaranteed so in order help characters can block now.
