SNK will be returning to Fatal Fury at some time. And while we should continue with Mark Of the Wolves I think it should also be used to put things in order. In other words we need to it to sink up with KOF XIV and I think I have the idea to do it.
In order for things to get right with Fatal Fury we need to have a battle between 3 groups. This battle will allow us to address the major stories that have occurred in South Town. Each fraction will be lead by a story point so that in the end we have one story line for the SNK universe.
1 fraction would Kain group he has Rock with him but needs more power if he wants to win the struggle. So he hears about ancient power and how to tap into it. This leads to Rock as he can us him. Rock meanwhile should be seeing his the story his mother is true while finding out more about his family.
2nd fraction is Duke. Maximum Impact was a FF story as it took place in South Town after Geese Death. While in the 2nd installment Duke left the gang he can be called back to deal with Kain and the other group. From this point the Meri story line should be brushed out. With alien tech backing them it would make for a strong contrast.
3rd fraction is Geese who survives. This is for KOF XIV as in KOF he lives that has to be explained and the easiest way is to say he is hiding from his injuries. This will be something as both Kain and Duke have lost to Geese so they would need back up in dealing with him. Thus we will get w characters to back them up.
Legends
With the villlians gathering and many in the cross fire we need someone to try bring an end to it. This will be where Ryo, Terry and Sori come in.
Sori will be brought to end the Maximum impact story line. Basically we will find out about his past life. If you have forgotten him and his brother used to be one person in the past. The third game should have addressed but I don’t think that will happen.
Ryo and Terry should figure out how to bring an end to the violence. Ryo will be looking into Kain as Terry fearing the worst looks into Billy only to discover Geese is still alive. In terms of this I would like to see Ryo explain what Mr. Karate is. Is it a power that they unlock when they become a master or is it just status? I would like this to be explain while we go down his path.
Terry should try to talk things over with Geese during a fight where he tries to talk to him about Rock. Something that doesn’t go well knowing Geese who can careless. At least those are my thoughts to this as I believe that is a good way to bring things together so we have a good history comin out of South Town but what do you all think let me know.
