The King Of Fighters XIV has been out for awhile and while you maybe enjoying the game you might have missed the changes in lore that have occurred thanks to the rest from Verse.
1Ash
Back from messing up his own timeline we have Ash. Seen in the ending of the invitation team Ash is seen by Elizabeth who hired Kukri to find him. I don’t know how he knew he was inside Verse but there you go.
2&3 Lost Fathers
I am listing these together as they mean the same thing as the character who were thought to be dead have been brought back such as Leona and Terry father. Leona father was killed by Goenitz and Geese killed Jeff. The two s revival has been shown thanks to Team China ending and Ikari
4 Oriochi
Verse had a lot of people inside of him. One of them was the Oriochi as we saw with team Japan and Yagami ending. But if is back then that means the other members of the Oriochi clan have returned as well. We know this as Sherumi is in Snk Heroines which we now know takes place after XIV.
5 Big Bad Rugal
While it is a guess as what better way to bring him back but there is a good chance Rugal is back as well. Although he death as been argued since we see him appearing on a screen on the sky Noah in KOF XIII. One of the characters urge to be DLC there is little doubt he is will return. The question is when.
