We have talked about combat and graphics but now lets talk about Shadow Hearts in terms of where it would take place. This depends strongly on the budgets but I do recommend 2 continents.
Reason for this is that I think the story does great bouncing between different cultures how are far apart. Shadow Hearts 1 & 2 bounced between Europe and Asia in small but big parts. I think it would give the game rich field of myths and stories to pull from. heck if they could jump between 3.
A game is made interesting not only by the crew we are running with. But also the places they go and who they meet along the way. Whether it be introducing the heroes to there situation for help or showing just how ridiculous they are in comparison to normal people.
It doesn’t have to be the whole country either. When going through Europe in Covenant the crew touched on a few villages and cities through different countries. When they got to Asia they stuck in Japan. For the first one they stayed in China until they got to Europe. A few spots in England and we get this comparison between.
But those are my thoughts hopefully a game we will get to see some day. Let me know what you guys think about it.
