The King Of Fighters Allstars Devil Rugal Vs Omega Rugal

We have a new The King OF Fighters Allstars video out that puts Devil Rugal against Omega Rugal. Now Omega Rugal we all know as Rugal when he gets some of Oriochi power from KOF 95

. Devil Rugal is brand new Rugal who is a boss in this game. He is the version of Rugal that conjures a power entity of fire as a final form. He wears all black as opposed to his classic red and white gentleman attire. You can see it below as Rugal fight himself and proves why he is the boss.
