Devil May Cry looks cool but when does it take place is a big question. The DMC time line is funny as most games takes place before 2 as it is slated to be Dante in the future. Well it has been confirmed that DMC 5 is taking place after 2.
The producer of the game went to twitter to confirm this. Matt confirmation helps the series finally get past 2 something they haven’t doe as since it didn’t do to well they just left alone.
To explain the time line it goes DMC 3, 1, 4,2 and now 5. Which explains Dante on a motor cycle. If you are lost that is how he ended the game. Riding to hell on wheels. Granted they are not the same wheels he came back but it works. And lets face it these are cooler.
