Persona 5 The Animation episode 23 has the phantom thieves facing off with the police as they are not seen as the bad guys. There only hope is someone on the inside which brings them face to face with Aktechi as they offer him a spot. A spot they believe will help them deal with the police. At least that is the plan but is that what is happening? Check it out and see.
