Street Fighter V has been around for awhile but fans think there is another season to go with the world warriors 5th tournament. Well Vesper has posted some videos talking about how to make characters there best. This is basically so these character are top tier and not so easily forgettable and are only including mechanics we know they have at the moment. So 2nd critical art ideas are out.
