Dragon Ball Super next arc has been on the minds of many as we imagine what the dragon ball warriors next big adventure would be. Will we know now as Galactic Patrol Prisoner has been announced. It seems to have Goku and Vegeta meeting some unknown escape prisoner. But that is only the beginning of confusion as the person they show seems to be someone who has been long since gone.
