We have a new character coming to The King Of Fighters All Stars. This one is a classic as it is Rugal as many of us may know him best with his 98 form (Aka the Omega Rugal 2). This version of the almighty kof boss has Rual sporting the 98 look as well as some of the moves from The King Of Fighters 98. You can see him below.
