Devil May cry 5 trailer showed of much of Dante/ Nero and V with new gameplay and cutscenes. One cutscene towards the end had us looking at Majin devil trigger something we haven’t seen since DMC2. With this making an appearance we must ask how will it play.
In DMC 2 Majin form was a stronger devil trigger which came when you needed it the most as you can only use it when your life bar was mostly gone. What you got when you used it was more powerful attacks as well as flight. No telling how it will be in this game but seeing how these guys are encompassing all that is DMC but keeping it fresh I don’t see them doing that.
But that is not the only thing I noticed as it seems to be in Urizen throne room. (I think ) What this means is that we might get this after Dante uses it to get away from Urizen as we see him get his but kicked by Urizen with Trish and Lady but who is to say he doesn’t get up so Urizen doesn’t try to go after V and Nero. The other side of this is that Dante taps into the power the same way he did for DMC 3. Have way knocked Dante wakes realizing he has new power.
