Street Fighter V Arcade Edition recently got a new character with Kage. Kage being pushed as an updated Evil Ryu. Well the article from Eventhubs.com asked is it more of a Dan than a Ryu? Something that made me ask is it really more than a dark Ryo?
Dan is a joke version of Ryo which explains his weak fireball and hurricane kick as compared to the other shotos. But if you make him serious than you get Ryo and thus we can argue that Kage plays more like Ryo than Dan. You can say this even more as Ryo is known for his guard. Something that Kage has thanks to his v skill.
