In the last chapter of Boruto we see the young ninja show a power of healing after training with Kawaki. During there training Boruto got his hand injured but after a flash of Momoshiki and there hands touching Boruto hands are normal.
Now it is unclear by the manga is this ability is through Boruto eye or his Karma as we know little about either. But the article believe it is the eye as Kawaki didn’t show it. Or in his case need since his body is a weapon thus can probably heal it self through the same way he can change it into a weapon.
We will have to see more of how the series treats Boruto eye and karma as for the moment they seem to be new versions of the sharing gun and nine tails chakra.
