It seems My hero Academia take inspiration from many comics in the west. Not only super heroes but super natural ones like Hellboy. The demon turned humanity best chance was inspiration for All Might. This is how it goes.

The way he applies solid black is amazing. You get the same sense of realness if you look at his work from a distance too. The way it feels 3-dimensional is incredible.
