Street Fighter V Season 4 No Ono No Surprises At Evo

We have news that Ono will not be at Evo Japan. What this means is that there might not be any news for Street Fighter V Season 4 as he is usually the guy bring the surprises.

Or does it. Capcom says they are doing things differently and that might be starting with how they bring us news such more new characters for season 4. But that if there are any as many think they are winding down. But what do you think? Let me know.
