Game Informer Wants More Shadow Hearts. Retro Replay With All Of Us Wanting More

So Game Informer did a retro replay and the game they did it on was Shadow Hearts Covenant. If you are new here then let me explain this is one my favorite JRPG series of all time. So much so that I believe that if they an HD collection or remake they would make money if the company that owned the rights to this license want to try videogames again.

They posted it on YouTube giving the game a solid I guess 2 hours as there are 2 videos so far and a lot of people have noticed. Including Matsuzo Machida who directed Covenant as well as worked on the first one . (He also kicked off the yearning for another SH game when he said he would love to make another. )

I will post the link to the page below as well as twitter mentions. I am doin the twitter mentions as I want you guys and girls to know that there are many people like you wants the game to come back in either an HD collection, Remake or sequel.  On Twitter there is a lot of demand but also thee are a lot of people on YouTube as there are a lot lets play that get a lot of views.

With they way the rights are tied up lets hope Machida can come up wit a spiritual successor and we get with his new studio. Now with that check out the video as well as checking it out on YouTube to show your support for the game.

Seriously a HD remake collection of the Lunar or Shadow Hearts series would be it. Change nothing but the aesthetics. All the titles in one glorious collection.

If we're talking my own. I'd love a combination of the two. A darker anime style game, with the judgement ring system

I'm so happy that Resident Evil 2 seems to be doing so well and people are loving it. You think maybe we can get a remake of Parasite Eve now? Or Shadow Hearts? Or even Koudelka? Horror themed RPGs are few and far between and we need AT LEAST ONE.

We need a mature JRPG that doesn't involve a band of misfit teenagers literally defeating a God and saving the world through the power of friendship. Shadow Hearts needs a remaster/remake. That game was legit.

I would take Shadow Hearts and remaster in the style and of Shadow Hearts 2 as shown in the good end of the second game. Mainly because that game is amazing and it’s biggest flaw was being released with no marketing when FF X came out
