Devil May Cry 5 is out and while playing mission 19 fans can’t help but notice a line between the boss and Dante. This can be considered a spoiler so stop now unless you want to be spoiled. AGIAN SPOILER AHEAD.
Mission 19 has brother vs brother as Dante fights Vergil. During the battle there is a line exchanged between them with Vergil saying you can’t always have it your way. Seems odd at first but DMC fans quickly think this is a reference to DMC 3 where Vergil picking Dante gun says “we will try it your way. ”
This might be true for one reason. Both Itsuno and Matt have come forward saying that DMC and 3 were big reference points for them in making this game. So with that being said small Easter eggs such as a line or 2 seems fitting. You can see the video in the link on the page below
