Square Enix President Says Final Fantasy VII Remake & Avengers Project Will Now Be The Company Focus

If you have checked out twitter on Final Fantasy VII Remake news you will find that the president of Square Enix says Final Fantasy VII Remake and the Avengers project will be the company focus in the near future. Not much I admit but it is something. But what does it mean?

With the news coming out of Square Enix between Nomura and Kitase hints as well as financial numbers from company many believe we will be receiving something about the remake in terms of news if not the 1st part of the game itself. While I have doubts about the game coming out this year. I believe we will be getting some news.

But with them using the word near future how can we know it will be this year? Near future basically means any day other than today or the day you are talking about in the conversation. While the rumor about an event might be going many still say a trailer or big news wave can happen this year. Lets not forget we still have a long year ahead of us and many think the game newest trailer will be shown before E3 similar to how Kingdom Hearts 3 was.  For context KH3 was shown right before E3 kicked off taking many bu surprise. Even then we still have TGS or when ever Square Enix want to show as with what have seen with rumors of news any information about the game will spread like wildfire.

But that is for me. What do you think about this? Let me know as all await more on news on Final Fantasy VII Remake. I will post the tweet with the interview in it below. Keep in mind the interview is in Japanese.

As always than you for reading.
