Vic Mignogna has sued Funimation. Monica Rail, Jamie Marchi & Ronald Toye. The law suit is based in Tarrant County, Texas. Vic is suing on defamation. This is due to the claims that Vic harassed cosplayers and fellow employees that some have proven are false while others we don’t know. Vic is asking for a million for canceled projects from Funimation no longer hiring him for projects on top of him being canceled at event.
“I have now very reluctantly retained a law firm as my last and only recourse to attempt to salvage my reputation and my 20-year career in this industry.”
