Persona 5 Scramble Phantom Strikes is a new game P5 as well as the franchise. I saw this as this is more dynasty warriors then JRPG. Working with Koei Tecmo Omega Force as a corroboration with Atlus. Joker is seen in the trailer taking on the mobs with Arsene by his side. The game is coming out for both Switch and PS4 but as for the details of how personas will work we or other details such as release date we need to wait for more info.
