Sonic The Hedgehog Movie came out with a trailer that left fans lets than hopeful. Fans voiced there opinions and good news it seems they have heard you. The director of the movie Jeff Fowler has come out and said that both Sega and Paramount are working hard to make sure Sonic looks just right.
“Thank you for the support. And the criticism. The message is loud and clear… you aren’t happy with the design & you want changes. It’s going to happen. Everyone at Paramount & Sega are fully committed to making this character the BEST he can be.”
Bringing video games to life in cinema is hard especially when no one really asked for it. But with that said fans still want the character to be portrayed correctly and to the best the studio can do. Hopefully we can get that figured out for the blue blur time on the silver screen.
