We got one nice gift with the Final Fantasy VII Remake trailer during State Of Play. Now that we have all had some time to take it in the long awaited trailer.
We can now look to see what it has been unveiled in it. First it isn’t much of the first part. telling by what we saw we only got to see up to the sewers being the farthest part. That is if Sephieroth at the end wasn’t Nibelhime. It is hard to tell but it might also be Cloud have hallucinations early on. As some are thinking this might be happening during the 2nd reactor explosion.
But that is not all as Final Fantasy Union noticed something that no one else has so far. Materia is actual in this trailer but not used. We see it in Cloud Buster sword as the slots of the weapon in some scenes have materia in it. Now we don’t know what materia it is as we don’t know if color type of the materia will also be shown or if all weapons will show materia. FFU only notice the buster sword having it no one can see Barret gun arm sporting them and Aeirth is to far back to see. It will have to be one of things they explain in June.
Now as for how does it look compared to the last trailer we have Siliconera.com taking of that with there comparisons. They have side by side images showing how the game look has changes in 4 years. You can look at them below.
But now what do have to look forward to in June? Other than info we might be looking forward to a demo. Max brought this up on his video and it is something to think about. Will there be a Final Fantasy VII Remake demo at E3 2019? It could as if they have the beginning of the game till the sewer monster covered than they should have more than enough for a playable demo. Now will we see it how knows.
But there is something we do need to talk about and that is the statement Nomura sad. ON the official twitter page for both Final Fantasy and Square Enix we have Nomura saying the following.
“Most of the plans are already in place in the run up to launch, so please bear with us a little longer until we can release more information next month.”
Leading up to launch. Why say that? Is Nomura saying that they are so far along that we could be seeing the game soon? I say soon as this year is still hard for me to believe. But next year in January I can see if they have it already to go. I have trouble seeing it coming out this year. It is hard to see but with things still be developed I see early fall to soon. As for December it will be odd if it came out during that time. It could happen but I don’t see it. So this rumor about the game coming this year could happen or early next year. This can happen as financial year doesn’t end till med next year and that is where the rumor about coming out this year comes from. Form Square Enix investor meeting as they expect big numbers this quarter. We will have to see what comes next for the game but as you can guess and expect we will be talking about this up until it is out.
