Devil May Cry 5 has a manga out called Devil May Cry 5 V Vision where we follow V. Now there are 4 chapters out and it is hard to describe the story structure. One hand we are flashing back to V way before the event of DMC 5 and then we are right back in it. So at beast it is similar to how they told the story in the main game with a few exceptions.
