Matsuzo Machida 2nd Game Will Be Shadow Hearts Alternative

Matsuzo Machida is the man we look for when it comes for hope for Shadow Hearts. As he has expressed he would love to return to the series. But as we have discussed before that is a legal problem. At least for the time being. With that said fans have hope as Machida has mentioned making a spiritual successor/ alternative to Shadow Hearts.

“It is difficult to release the sequel to SHADOW HEARTS (SH3), but in the future we hope to create a great alternative game. ”

Now we have heard of this before from Machida but to be clear I have seen him mention on twitter in responses  that this alternative to Shadow Hearts will be his second game and not the one he is currently working on. That game we have no idea as to what it will be. Hopefully we will learn what it is with in this year.

If you are wondering why not make Shadow Hearts 3 Machida an Wild Rose (his new studio) don’t have the rights to the game. Universal Entertainment has the rights and  as of now they have no interested in the game. (Of course that can change.) Lets hope we see this successor/ alternative soon as fans are itching for a new journey into this world.

If you like what you see please like and follow. As always thank you for reading.
