Today we learn that Astral Chan Platinum Games new IP will not be stand alone. The game coming exclusively to the Switch will be part of a trilogy. At least that is what they are planning.
“We make the game as a trilogy and this is the first part of that trilogy. If this game sells well, then we may see how the story of the series continue.”Astral Chain’s director Takahisa Taura
The director is saying this only works if the game sells well. If not then this game might be one and done.
