Today we will be breaking down One Punch Man Season 2 episode 11. If you haven’t seen the episode already please check it out as there will be spoilers ahead. AGIAN SPOILER WARNRING IN EFFECT.
Now we continue where we left off with Garou surrounded by heroes. But he last time we saw him he was on the ropes. That didn’t last long with him as even though he is poisoned fighting a fever on top of being injured Garou is still too much for the heroes.
This is because Garou as a martial artist is well versed in hand to hand but he can adapt. The heroes he has faced are themed around one thing and one that is gone they have nothing to offer the fight. This is where he excels in betting them. That and once again he has the book which shows him there strengths and weaknesses. From the kid.
Now during this time we once again see Saitama influence as one of the heroes seems to have been inspired by him. It seems similar to King but in this guys case he actually decided to try and become better, stronger so he wont be helpless like this again.
Now this doesn’t help him as he falls with the rest of the heroes but thankfully Genos arrives and gives Garou a real challenge. While Genos is single theme as well as the heroes he can actually a deliver the challenge with power and speed. Plus he isn’t in the book leaving Garou to figure him out with prior knowledge.
With said Garou decides to try out something but it doesn’t really help. One of the things in martial arts is to take away your opponent weapons. In some cases you make sure they can’t use a limb either through breaking or restraining. This normally works as we are connected to are limbs and once they are removed they don’t work. That doesn’t work wit a cyborg. It is a machine and can control its limbs even when it isn’t connected.
Now the fight continues as monsters show up which I think most of us knew would happen. With the monster looking for people to turn and Garou trying to kill the heroes as he sees them in the way of the monsters they were going to meet sooner or later. But they aren’t the only ones that show up as Bang shows up as well with his brother bringing the 2 things we were looking forward to happen are now happening. But how will it go is something we will have to see in the next episode.
We will also see if Saitama will actually go see what is happening since we now know he can’t beat King in videogames. So with that decided and his concern for Genos we might see him in action as well. We will have to see.
