All Tsukihime Fans Want Is Some Love

Yesterday I posted about Tsukihime Remake. The poste was talking about the frustration on how Type Moon  has been about the project or other things Tsukihime related. But with this post I want to show that this frustration is because of the passion fans have for the game and franchise they would like to see return and hopefully that if Type Moon sees this or if anyone from Aniplex sees this you understand why we angry and that it is only because we want more.

Type Moon. I assure we want Tsukihime, Not just the remake but the series. You might not know this but the focus you give to Fate has other thinks that not only Tsukihime Remake is canceled as some ae saying but that you a trying to move away from the franchise altogether. We can argue that those are na sayers negative people, trolls or haters. But with the silence you give them the room to do so. The fact you are silent give the people and negative thoughts moment is because in some cases companies don’t announce a project is canceled they just do so and move on without in forming fans or any kind. While this happened awhile back it still happens in anime and in some cases shows today. So we have our brains naturally thinking that if there is no news then something is off. Now that is not to say there isn’t good.

Above is the screenshot from a fan mad cm for Fate /Grand Order X Tsukihime. Yes it was an april fools joke that some took painfully. But what made it hurt was that it look good. In the same style of the FGO commercials we have  fan made beauty that only makes see that the characters Tsukihime fans are waiting to appear not only look cool this but got are imagination running as we wonder how these characters would interact. Keep in mind this long after Nasu said he would love to do a crossover between the 2 series after he did the remake. The thing that has us looking at this with glee is that now we have something visually. A concept as to how this could go do and how it would look. Keep in mind Tsukihime does have an anime but it had the wrong tone and fans felt it didn’t do the series justice. yes Tsukihime can be serious and dark but that is not the only tone. Tsukihime comedy, action and drama is no different than Fate. No surprise as it is from the same people.  Something that only add the frustration as it isn’t anger just for the remake long development. It is anger from the fan base as for all the love and opportunity you give Fate we can see that working for Tsukihime it self.

Tsukihime does have a hit game with Melty Blood but it can do well with then anime. Fate/ Stay Night has now been retold multiple time. The difference being the routs and that there stories have been animated. Unlimited blade works was done twice. What fans are asking is give Tsukihime another go. Give it another chance to shine with an anime based on the manga. Is not enough for you there is a lot of lore in the Tsukihime franchise to explore. We still need to meet Aruicard sister. We still have to meet the other members of the Tohno family that Ahika kicked out before Shiki came back and that is just in Tsukihime with his eyes of Death Perception being so strong the glasses no longer work. Thus he must blind himself to seal them.  There is even a tail of event after Tsukhime where Shiki is killing dead Apostles that is only on a drama CD. You can animate Melty Blood which carries on the story and what fans want to see more off. You can do the remake Melty Blood say this is cannon and move on from there.

We have a passion for this franchise. A Passion to see continue on. A passion that is renewed and prodded as we see Fate get all the love. Love the you can split down the middle to both franchises and they will both shine not just one over the other. Thus why we have frustration as every time we see Type Moon mention a new Fate series we can see Melty Blood Tsukihime in that place. Now Nasu said after this year the focus will shift away from Fate/ Grand Order which gave people hope we would hear news on Tsukihime Remake but then we hear about Fatepain.

Now will we don’t know anything about it we see another fate series and to some it is another sign to forget Tsukihime as it seems Type Moon has moved on. This is because fans love a franchise and will support but you can’t ask them to wait forever with nothing mentioned. If you do they will think that it has been silently canceled it is done and they just don’t want to say it. Or people will take it as an answer. As a response that your silence says it all. Something that another fan base started to think and that was the Final Fantasy fan base about Final Fantasy VII Remake. Something that they are now hyped for an have no intentions on stopping on until it is released as now they have the news and release date and that is what I was trying to show you the other day.

Yes you have been quit about the game for years now some believe and hope that you will show us it has been for good reason. Square Enix was silent as they got FF7R part 1 ready and gave Kingdom Hearts 3 space. We hope that you are doing the same. When you are done with FGO give us some Tsukihime goodness. Give it some time and love. Show us that it isn’t dead and that you have quit about it so you can make this better than we imagined. Better than we imagined and that it is only the beginning for the franchise.
