Max On Capcom TGS 2019

Max has been hearing something about TGS 2019.  Specifically Max has heard something about Capcom for the Tokyo Game Show. From Resident Evil to a new megaman of some kind it seems TGS is going to be crazy for Capcom. How crazy well I will let Max explain.
