We have some Dissidia Final Fantasy Oprea Omnia news. Noctis the hero of FFXV will be coming to the game September 12th. Yes he is out today and below is what you can expect the latest king of light to do.
Crystal STR 54 “All Buff Boost Speed”
Pre-adjustment:
- Moderately raises party’s MAX BRV, slightly raises party’s SPD with active buffs
Post-adjustment:
- MAX BRV boost increased from 10% to 40%
Crystal STR 55 “Shooting Star Extension”
Post-adjustment:
- Shooting Star / Shooting Star+ (both versions)
- Large BRV damage boost
- Stolen BRV may exceed MAX BRV up to 120%
- Triggers additional HP attack on target after use
- Self: 8 turns 30% MAX BRV Up (With 15CP weapon or passive, effect increases to 60%)
- Shooting Star (non-+ version) only
- All targets: 3 turns Point-Blank Warp (Point-Blank Warp: Enframed debuff that lowers DEF by 20%)
- Shooting Star+ only
- Triggers additional 2-hit ranged BRV attack + HP attack while target afflicted with Point-Blank Warp
- Knock Back to target

Pre-adjustment
- Moderately raises ATK, slightly raises SPD with active buffs
Post-adjustment
- ATK boost increased from 20% to 50%
Crystal STR 60 “Death Drop Extension”
Post-adjustment
(NOTE: If 35CP weapon/passive are not equipped, the following will apply to Death Drop/Death Drop+ instead)
- Warp-Strike / Warp-Strike+ (both versions)
- BRV attack hit count becomes 2; tremendously increased cumulative BRV damage
- Stolen BRV may exceed MAX BRV up to 120%
- Self: 8 turns 20% ATK Up (With 35CP weapon or passive, effect increases to 50%)
- Warp-Strike (non-+ version) only
- Target: 3 turns Point-Blank Warp (Point-Blank Warp: Enframed debuff that lowers DEF by 20%)
- Warp-Strike+ only
- Self: 5 turns 1 level of Armiger (limit 5)
- Triggers additional 2-hit ranged BRV attack + HP attack while target afflicted with Point-Blank Warp
- Armiger-related
- With 1 to 4 levels of Armiger active, BRV Attack and HP Attack become BRV Attack+ and HP Attack+ respectively
- o BRV Attack+: Ranged BRV attack; moderate BRV damage boost; additional BRV attack hit on target with Armiger
- o HP Attack+: Ranged BRV attack + HP attack; additional BRV attack hit on target with Armiger)
- With 5 levels of Armiger, BRV Attack+ and HP Attack+ become BRV Attack++ and HP Attack++ respectively
- BRV Attack++: BRV attack hit count becomes 2; tremendously increased cumulative BRV damage
- HP Attack++: Slight BRV damage boost; triggers additional 2-hit ranged BRV attack + HP attack while target afflicted with Point-Blank Warp
- With 1 to 4 levels of Armiger active, BRV Attack and HP Attack become BRV Attack+ and HP Attack+ respectively
