If you see Shin Akuma in Street Fighter V Arcade Edition ranked run. Basically someone has hacked the game and is robbing people of there points. This is Shin Akuma from the double fireballs to his more powerful raging demon.
This hacker has also been spotted using other characters such as Abigail. With the mad gear he has hacked the system so he can kill opponents in one punch. At this moment the player is not banned so be careful. I will post the clips below.
