Tenchi Muyo! next OVA is in the works. Today we learn who will be returning and joining the series as the Japanese cast has been revealed. It goes like this.

We also learned who will be doing the ending song. Kaori Oda has been announced to be handling the ending theme. We also learn some more about the new lady Jovia Jovis. The new lady is a sorceress who is going to treat Kenshi and Ryoko as her play things and will played by Ryoka Yuzuki. Jovia is the lady on the right in the picture below.
