Seven Deadly Sins is having a new season with Seven Deadly Sins Wrath Of The Gods. For this we will go over seasons 1 and 2 which will contain spoilers. So if you haven’t seen the series up to season 2 please do so . AGIAN SPOILERS AHEAD. This time we will be looking at Diane the sin of envy.
Season 1
We met Diane in a sleeping forest. She shows her sign as she is Envy of Elizabeth being close to Meliodas. As a member of the giant race she has control over earth which we see in a few instances. We are introduced to King having feeling for her.
Diane however through out the season learns to be friend Elizabeth and they get closer. When she is taken Diane helps the others get there but when she does arrive she helps by holing off the demons. She helps in the battle with Hendrickson by adding power to Meliodas final counter along with the rest of the warriors present.
Season 2
In Season 2 we see Diane at human size thanks to Merlin spell. She is the first hint that something is wrong with Gowther as she notices him messing with people memories. The fight and wind up messing with Diana own memories.
She barely remember anyone except for Meliodas. We then find out that her memories have been pushed back to when the giant clan was strong. She then remembers the death of one of them being her own doing only to find that her friend Matrona was alive. Matrona had a family and seeing her Diane continued her training. But when a demon hurts Matrona foster children they attend the commandments festival.
At the festival Diane runs into Hawk and Elizabeth but thanks to Gowther she doesn’t remember them. This has her treating them as she did when they first meet. During the festival though she learns to be friend them again. After Meliodas death she is seen fending off the demons at lions and at the end of the season joins the group.
What to look forward to in season 3.
For Diana her memories issue will be front and center again as well as her link with King and Dollar.
