The King Of Fighters All Stars is getting a Halloween special. If you have been following me you know this has been out for awhile but now they are going to be released worldwide.  The outfits are for Kula, Angel, Mature, Shermie and Yashiro. Or a mummy, witch, succubus Frankenstein and what ever Kula is supposed to be.
