Persona 5 Royal is out in Japan with people in the states itching to get there version as we have to wait until next year. Well you might want to a look at the Asia version encase you are impatient. This is because the title is said to have English subtitles. The Asian release listed as Chinese/ English is coming February 20th. 2020. This referees to China and Taiwan. For us in the states we are looking at Spring 2020. So there is a big of distance between releases. Keep in mind as we await to see how this gameplays for ourselves.
