Retribution is Gill mechanic for Street Fighter V Champion Edition that utilizes his opposing elements to gain not only a elemental buff but also a stun, juggle or wall splat. As we see below enemies can also use this mechanic against him. In this instance we Gill little brother Urien doing just that.
The set up is Urien being played by Desk reflected one of Urien projectiles at him with him either burning or freezing depending upon which one he was hit with. Urien then capitalizes on it. So he can only get it once until he uses another one of Gill projectiles. You can see how useful that is below.
