We have been discussing the King Of Fighters XV and what it would be like to have some of the roaster from Maximum Impact come into the and how they can contribute to the story. For the next segment we will be looking at elements and characters together as they cover the same points of so might as well bunch them together.
We will be starting thing with what I like. One thin I liked was the intros. These summaries were your character reason to fight and in contrast to other entries we can see it in game. You see this stuff was online in team bios. To have for story was nice change of peace. Granted it move to fast to keep up with at time but it was nice to see why these fights excepted the invitation.
Another thing was this was first time we actually got nick names for the characters. Yes Terry has had his since Fatal Fury 1. But we learned other such Kyo getting Scion of flames with K being the Beast of Pray. I can’t remember the other but it is small details I won’t in KOF XV story mode. This is what we are talking about by adding small things.
As for characters this is where things get tricky. There characters that we will cover in this one that can make it that will round out the game as they can bring there own story to the series. At the same time there will be 2 that I do not want to appear in XV as I didn’t like in MI when they were introduced.
With that said we will start with what don’t want to see which Jivatma and Hyena. Hyena was the announcer of KOF MI 1 turn fighter in 2 as Duke gang came apart. Jivatma was the boss of the KOF MI2No one really like Jivatama and as for Hyena I don’t see how he can con tribute to any way. So I would like it if we keep away from these 2.
As for those I would like to see we have Nagase and Xaio Lon. Nagase is a modified human to use fire in tech as a modern day ninja. She is modified by Addess but doesn’t listens to them just to follow order. She fights to test herself. Xaio Lon is Duo Lon little sister she is hoping to find her brother and father Ron to make sure they don’t kill each other.
Both characters can offer a there own story which would be of great interest such as seeing another group with great tech for evil purpose with Addess through Nagase while Zaoi can show us the drama with in her own clan as well as another side of Duo Lon. The points of view would be interesting especially in how they would apply to the story of Verse.
But now is the hard part we have to talk about Chae. Chae is meant to replace Kim in KOF MI. The issue is that unlike the other Kim like characters I don’t see how you would do that in KOF XV as you might as well have Kim if you want Kim and if you want a female one just bring in May Lee.
One thing that we will have to bring in from KOF MI is Addess as it was going to be a big thing. But what are there goals and how they will achieve them is not stated in KOF MI2 as basically Jivatma was sent to take care of the threats As for what him, Addess and Zoan will be in KOF XV is something we will have to see from SNK. But those are my thoughts let me know yours.
