The main megaman series had its turn and now it is time for Mega Man X. I think it is tiem to give X and Zero another chance to play and another chance for us to enjoy them. But how would it look?
First lets talk about the elephant in the room. Leave Axl out. Me personal I don’t see a point to him as if you fire power and long you have X. Also he has no presence. But let’s say you do add him. Well in that case let put the transformation ability to use by having turn into boss he defeats when using his special weapon. Also since he uses side arms lets have him them offer a different effect as opposed to his standard weapon. For instance the special weapon should be normal with pistol but if Axl is carrying around a machine gun it should come out faster. Of course this should come with a price. This price should be it drains the bar more.
Speaking of X lets keep his armors list small. I like X armors as much as the next fan but he works best with a small closed not a big one. We will keep standard X armor with a special after that and for those who must have it the ultimate armor. The effects are standard with the first armor having the normal buffs as well as charged special weapons with a giga attack. The 2nd will have enhanced buster but with more health as well as changeable giga attacks. Not too many just a 4 you can change up to your fancy. Ultimate will be normal with infinite nova strikes as it should be.
Last is Zero. Now for the swordsmen in red I want one thing and that is to give him an armor. For the past few games Zero just got the black suit which buffed the damage and added some looks. I want him to get an armor the allows him to charge moves. This will allow him to execute a different. For instance lets say you get the flaming upper slash again if you charge you get a red fireball that goes across screen. Of course we need to think about classic so give his old black suit as a throw back.
Now to be fair we should take in Axl getting a new suit as well. His white armor I think should basically act as a sub weapon for when he uses a special weapon. Think about an ice boss you get the ability throw ice cycles. With white armor axl can uses though as drills with the armor acting as the tool.
Now we should take note we might get a new character as to who that will be and what they can do we will have to wait and see. Now those are my thoughts. Let me know what you think.
