With Verse defeat meaning fighters who were believed to be dead are set to return in The King Of Fighters XV. At least that is what most people believe as Verse was used as a rest with his victor quotes against characters telling you who will be coming back.
Now while some of these character will be cool to see again such Ash we must take into account a lot of them are boss characters. From Rugal – Krizlaid and Igniz we are talking about bosses and usually KOF has room for 2 so how can we fix this so that the character can return in the game.
My idea is a boss rush. If you haven’t heard of this you face the bosses one after the other. Now I am not suggesting survival style as you probably won’t even make past the first 2 ever that way. But if you want to face these bosses at there worst and SNK has no time to fully implement them into the game it is an answer. Now I will be honest this can also work for special characters. Lets say you want to have challenges for players special events. You can use this to go against certain characters such as Blood Riot Iori or Leona to get there skins. The same can go for Nightmare Geese or dark ash.
Now these won’t be just reskins of these characters when you face them but boss versions with buffs and certain moves. Basically the difference when you face Gill in SFV between normal and boss mode.
But I will admit this is high hoping. SNK isn’t Capcom so this might be a little much. Which means we will either get these characters as town don versions to play as I don’t see them all getting high rang boss treatment or not at all with so many being in high demand. But we will have to see as we look forward to what comes as fans eagerly wait to see what SNK will do with KOF XV. But those are my thoughts on it let me know yours.
