Tekken 7 3.21 More Leroy Adjustments For Mid February

Tekken 7 is getting the balance adjustment 3.21 in mid February. This adjustment is set to address the problem fans are having with Leroy Smith the newest character to be added thus far. How it will work is something we will have to see when it drops.
