Platinum Games Inaba has stated they would love to publish Bayonetta games themselves. This is a desire not a statement as both Nintendo and Sega own half of the IP. And as with many companies they would love be able to port the series to other systems but that call goes to Nintendo and Sega.
Now if you are thinking of crowd funding hold off on it. According to Inaba it would take a great deal to get the game down that way. Maybe some day Platinum will be able to send the umbra witch to other consoles other then Nintendo as they did with the first but for now they will have to wait.
