Developer Examu who make Arcana Heart are suspending all operations except for work on Arcana Heart. This is due to the fact the team who is developing the game are independent from the Examu. As for why this is happening Examu says things have changed and that it isn’t working anymore.
“According to Examu, the environment surrounding the company has changed significantly, and in recent years business has gradually diminished.”
Keep in mind all remaining resources will be going to keep Arcana Hearts going.
“However, all ongoing development work, as well as management, product support, and the like will shift to and continue at Team Arcana, who now appear to be independent.”
So for fans of the game you still have a series to be behind which is always a good thing.
