The King Of Fighters All Stars got a new character with Rock Howard. The main character of mark of the wolves comes in with hid reapuken, shining elbow and rising tackle specials as well as his raging storm for normal moves.
For his supers we having his max shining knuckle and neo deadly rave. Both version are from KOF xiv. Which means shining knuckle ends with a power dunk and neo deadly rave has Rock start off with the wings before the camera work gets hyped for the big finish. You can check him out in action below.
