In this post we will be discussing Eden Zero Ch 84 and what it introduced to the series. So if you haven’t read please go see it as there will be spoilers. AGIAN SPOILIERS AHEAD.
The chapter has us with Rebecca as she is taking in what has happened. Shiki is dead Homura is somewhere and Wiez is without an arm on top of being shot. Oh and Shiki is dead. 1 friend gone and the other down and out Rebecca is in a bad place but in this chapter we learn about her ether gear cat leap which allows to not just jump great distance but through time.
A power that Joe wants. Now how Joe knows what her Gear is when She doesn’t we have no idea. But this is about what happens to Rebecca as the chapter ends with her going back in time. Now have seen Hiro do this before as he used this for Fairy Tail festival after the first time skip. But this leads us to ask how will he do the time travel story telling this time around?
On one hand he can have this in a loop until Rebecca gets right at this moment since she was sent back before she boarded Joe Colony. A rout that would get boring fast I will admit. Or we can have this be something that Hiro uses to tell the story with Rebecca seeing flashes as what might happen. Visions of what can from other time lines. Which could be more fan as it would allow Hiro to in different versions of character to show us what Rebecca right time and what is a vis ion.
Regardless of how the time travel happens Rebecca will only have a short amount of time to make sure it doesn’t come to be. A tall order when you think of it as she has to make sure Shiki and the other don’t lose. A bit hard when she doesn’t how they were defeated in the first place. But is something we need to see in the next chapter.
