We have been talking Bloody Roar if it ever comes back talking about points of what would be changed or how characters would be changed. This article will focus on the evil clone Shenlong.
A clone of Long his purpose was to serve as Tylon hit man in replace for Long. But as we see in BR2 he loses to him and with the company destruction he just seems to move from one thing to the next. Which makes sense only so to does his character. He is more of an anti hero than villain and that is we should get in the game.
Yes he should start out as a Tylon 2nd assassin or solider but with this we need to see him have some rebellion in him maybe towards the ends. Not good guy full arc as that would make sense but. He stops taking order and turns to do things his way and not what Tylon tells him. Now if we keep Tylon around how that relation continues will be interesting. Remember they get destroyed in Bloody Roar 2 with the series never referring to them again. To give us an villainous group to stick with I have been talking about keeping them around comic book style. Whether as themselves or under a new name which means they will have many ways to keep track or bring back in Shenlong.
Remember we are talking about a clone they made. Most evil companies then consider them there property and will like to have back if not destroyed. Of course Shenlong will not want that unless they have something he wants and that is the thing. Shenlong in the next be it if it is a reboot for Tylon is a rouge agent. But we should also see him as a n anti hero.
In Bloody Roar Primal Fury Shen Long joins the tournament not only because he is board but also to give this woman the money so she doesn’t have to marry the rich man she had to. his one act but in 4 he also plays it anti hero. Not good guy but close. We should get moments like that. Moments showing this is more than a one sided character.
