As we await for the next chapter of Boruto many are thinking what will happen next as we see Jigen is about to be attacked by Kashin. Some theorize that this isn’t just a power play but that Jigen isn’t the real leader.
“Reading the last portion of Chapter 43, a little bit of a theory dawned on me. The true leader of Kara is not Jigen himself, but fully Isshiki. Since Jigen is merely a vessel the true “goal” of Kara was designed by Isshiki and was to be carried out by Jigen until another vessel is complete. This could be why KK is actually taking him down, because as of the latest chapter the audience(us) are led to speculate that Kashin is just a traitor to Kara.
When going back in the chapters it is obvious that Koji is actually loyal to the organization, and will do what seems necessary to achieve this final “goal” no matter how long it will take. ex- trying to kill Leaf Ninja to find Kawaki
*****I believe that Koji was waiting for ample time to witness the necessary growth of Kawaki and the weakened state of the current vessel. Thus being the perfect time he will kill Jigen and release the true leader who Koji serves being Isshiki Ōtsutsuki”
As you read the theory as the iishiki as the leader which might be right. Remember when Jigen was fighting Naruto and Sasuke that he was told he isn’t a good vessel. If that is the case then it is a good possibility that Iishiki is in fact the run in charge and that Jigen is speaking for him. If that is true then what happens to Jigen doesn’t matter so long as they have a vessel for the Otsutsuki. A good theory but we have to see as we are still learning about Kara. From there member to there goals is still something we need to learn about.
But if that is true it would make sense as there are fans who felt that it was too soon for us to met Jigen. So the fact he isn’t the big bad makes sense. But is this theory true? We will have to see. But those are my thoughts let me know yours below.
